《Cheers快樂工作人雜誌》今(27)日公布「青世代工作幸福感大調查」結果，於25至45歲青世代族群中，有21.7%認為在台中工作與居住最感幸福，名列全台第二大幸福城市，僅次台北市的25.6%。台中市副市長林依瑩北上參與記者會時表示，感謝年青朋友肯定，市府會持續努力推動就業、居住、托育、托老及教育等政策，逐步建構台中成為好工作、好生活的優質環境。

今天記者會由Cheers雜誌總編輯盧智芳、Adecco藝珂人事顧問台灣&南韓區總經理陳玉芬公布「青世代工作幸福感大調查」結果，並邀講到台中市副市長林依瑩、台北市副市長鄧家基到場分享市政團隊的施政方向及成果。

林依瑩表示，很高興台中市這次調查榮獲青世代幸福城市第二名。今年台中市可說是喜事連連，7月剛晉升為全台人口第二大城，以平均每年2萬人的速度增加，其中1萬人是自然增長，1萬人是外部移入，這與市長林佳龍以「築巢引鳳」概念，逐步建構台中成為好工作、好生活的優質環境有很大的關係，像是台積電即在台中投資7,500億元，創造5,000個工作機會，另服務業發展也十分蓬勃。

由於年青人很關注工作發展及購屋問題，林依瑩指出，市府團隊積極推動「4年5千戶、8年1萬戶」的社會住宅政策，不僅區位好、建物好、機能好，而且將以市價7成出租，讓青年朋友就近就有優質且負擔得起的住宅環境，此外，「青年加農」計畫培育青年農夫，結訓學員也有9成持續投入農業工作。

「托育托老政策是台中市吸引年青人移入的重要政策」她指出，現在是少子化、高齡化社會，市府推出托育一條龍政策，有0至6歲幼童的家庭每月都能獲得托育補助，讓年青人敢生敢養，她有不少朋友都因此到台中購屋生活。

至於托老一條龍政策，則讓從健康、亞健康至失能長輩皆能有多元且連續性的服務，今年9月台中剛推出陪出院的長照服務，就受到許多年青朋友肯定，因為許多長照的起點是從住院，延伸出如請假照顧、返家照顧等問題，目前台中市有19家醫院可提供服務，讓有家人或長輩出院時可無縫銜接，而且出院後的返家居家照顧也有完善的跨專業團隊，大幅減輕老年照顧的龐大壓力。

她也說，自己在台中工作將近快20年，由於台中的實驗教育十分蓬勃，為了孩子的教育，今年舉家搬到台中，這也年青人想要到台中生活工作的原因之一。

新聞局表示，《Cheers》雜誌這次與Adecco藝珂人事顧問公司合作「青世代工作幸福感大調查」，蒐集全台萬名25至45歲族群的填答資訊，分析這個世代對於工作幸福感的想法，而於票選在台灣哪個城市工作與居住最感幸福時，有21.7%的青世代選擇台中市，僅次台北市的25.6%，名列第二，而台南市、高雄市則分別以9.3%、7.9%位居第三、四名，這次調查於今年8月14日至9月30日以網路問卷形式進行，最後回收有效問卷數達8,387份。
